Once you've completed the steps in this How-To you can reenable Secure Boot. Install clearcompressionflag.
This is a long installation. Restart your server when requested. Open Windows Update and look at the Update History view. The two updates up just installed should be it. Once you've done the steps above you can continue configuring your server. Unfortunately the new cumulative update model doesn't install this update, which contains changes to how Windows Update operates. Thanks for this, Mike.
